A few years ago, I sent out a letter of thanks on behalf of Miro Dance Theatre. In response to this note you, along with many of our other supporters, gave even more to sustain the work of this innovative company. I continue to be moved by these gifts. As the president of Miro’s board of directors, I have seen Amanda and Tobin in many different contexts and I am privileged to know the people behind the performances you all enjoy. Recently, MIRO was mentioned in thINKing Dance by 2011 Cinco de MIRO contestant Kilian Kroll. Cinco de MIRO 2012 is rapidly approaching and we are looking for contestants to compete Latin style on May 5! Yes! Cinco de MIRO is on Cinco de Mayo this year and its our 5th Annual Cinco!
